DiamondBack trim is a revolution in control valve cavitation elimination with unequaled performance, efficiency and versatility. Its unique design succeeds where other cavitation elimination technologies have failed. Utilizing unique pressure drop mechanisms, staged pressure drops eliminate cavitation by maintaining fluid pressure above the vapor pressure, never allowing cavitation to form. Utilizing optional tungsten carbide trims, both cavitation and erosion can be controlled. DiamondBack trim is available with linear, bi-linear, tri-linear and true equal percent trims, improving valve rangeability.
